Our ultimate aim is to produce a happy well socialised Gundog that can be worked competently in all shooting situations and ultimately compete at a high standard in the field.

 

Dog Training

 

A small limited number of dogs are taken in for rabbit shooting,

 experience between july and october, this is by pre arrangement and only for dogs which are trained to a good standard.

We occasionally breed a litter of pups from a proven working bitch to a specially selected stud dog

, hopefully to improve the working ability of the breed. We only breed pups out of a bitch if we wish to keep one or more of the pups for ourselves.

 

Occaisionaly young dogs which have been trained with a view to competing in trials

 don´t quite make the grade and are then found a suitable working home.
